“As someone who has just started out in the workforce, I believe great work comes from the opportunity to try things you have never done before,” says Yan Hong, our 2019 Management Associate. Despite having a business background, Yan Hong was given the opportunity to experience the technical aspects of her first data consultancy project where she helped the client to unlock the power of data and enable them to become a data-driven organization. Having completed the MAP, she is now a Senior Consultant in the NCS NEXT Digital team.
