Hear from Zhao Yue, a Product Manager from NCS Group, an information communications technology (ICT) subsidiary of Singtel. Her main role encompasses lots of decision making on the type of products delivered in the digital product world. With a good understanding of strategies, executing them and understanding user feedback, every day poses her a unique challenge.

A man left the pasture of foreign service for the telecommunications and digital services industry. How did his story go? As it turns out, he got himself into a dynamic programme teeming with opportunities for both international and cross-industry exposure. Daniel has since spent nearly two years in Singtel across two different business units. He is presently part of the Global Business Management team, overseeing the Singtel Group's investments in Globe Telecom, a leading telco in the Philippines

“As someone who has just started out in the workforce, I believe great work comes from the opportunity to try things you have never done before,” says Yan Hong, our 2019 Management Associate. ​ Despite having a business background, Yan Hong was given the opportunity to experience the technical aspects of her first data consultancy project where she helped the client to unlock the power of data and enable them to become a data-driven organization. Having completed the MAP, she is now a Senior Consultant in the NCS NEXT Digital team. ​

Min Quan recounts his Singtel Management Associate journey, starting from being a part of Digital Transformation team, to calling GOMO by Singtel his home. The launch of his first rewards campaign for GOMO was both exciting yet nerve wrecking, and proved to be a fulfilling experience for both himself and customers.
