The two-year programme features two rotations across different business areas as well as opportunities to embark on international assignments so you can find the best fit for your skills and interests.

Hear from Zhao Yue, a Product Manager from NCS Group, an information communications technology (ICT) subsidiary of Singtel.     How do I sign up?

    How do I qualify for the Singtel MAP?
    We welcome graduates from every discipline. Given our industry, it is important you have a strong interest in info-communication and digital technology. If you are eyeing the Specialist track, you will need to have a degree in Computing (i.e. IT, Business Analytics, Information Security) or Engineering (i.e. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering).

    Is the MAP open to Masters level graduates?
    Yes, it is. However, we do not offer different packages for different qualifications.

    I am a foreigner. Can I apply?
    Yes, our doors are open to locals and foreigners. You just need to be a fresh graduate or a young professional with a maximum of two years’ experience and a minimum of an Honours Degree with Distinction/Magna Cum Laude/Degree with Distinction or equivalent.

    What’s the application process?
    We want to make sure you are the right fit. Every application goes through a four-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:

    How many MAs are you hiring?
    We take in 30 to 40 outstanding graduates and young professionals a year.

    What is the salary and benefits package?
    You can expect a competitive package that is in line with the market.

    How do I indicate my preferred MAP track?
    If you have a relevant technical degree, you will be able to pick your MAP track at the offer stage. All other degree holders will be placed on the Management track.

    When will I be notified of the results?
    We will contact all shortlisted candidates at each stage of the application process. As we receive numerous applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

    Will I be able to choose my preferred role or business unit for my rotation?
    You can indicate your preferred role or business unit. We will keep this in mind while upholding our belief in developing you professionally in the right areas, ensuring a good fit for your unique skills and choosing a work environment where you can thrive.

    What happens after the two-year programme?
    Once you have completed the programme, you will be posted to a full time role in a business unit based on the company’s needs and your interests and potential.
