We nurture effective leaders for tomorrow’s digital economy. Under the Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP), you can look forward to high-impact development experiences designed to groom graduates and young professionals.

The two-year programme features two rotations across different business areas as well as opportunities to embark on international assignments so you can find the best fit for your skills and interests.

As a Management Associate in the Management Track, you would work on challenging projects that have a positive impact on our customers’ everyday lives. You will have exposure to rotations in (but not limited to):

Securing a full-time employment at Singtel while receiving professional training and development? The best of both worlds, for a fresh graduate. Zhong Keyi took on the role of a Regional Finance Manager in Singtel Dash during her second rotation in the Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP) and found her passion.     How do I sign up?

    How do I qualify for the Singtel MAP?
    The programme is open to all fresh graduates and young professionals with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who have a growth mindset and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Given our industry, it is also important you have a strong interest in info-communication and digital technology.

    Is the MAP open to Masters level graduates?
    Yes, it is. However, we do not offer different packages for different qualifications.

    I am a foreigner. Can I apply?
    Yes, the programme is open to both local and foreign students and young professionals.
  • 5.

    What’s the application process?
    We want to make sure you are the right fit. Every application goes through a four-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:

    • Discovery Day
    • Group Interview

    How many MAs are you hiring?
    We take in about 60 outstanding graduates and young professionals.
  • 7.

    What is the salary and benefits package?
    You can expect a competitive package that is in line with the market.

    How do I indicate my preferred MAP track?
    If you have a relevant technical degree, you will be able to pick your MAP track at the offer stage. All other degree holders will be placed on the Management track.
  • 9.

    When will I be notified of the results?
    The overall assessment and selection process will take place from October 2021 to February 2022. You will receive an email regarding next steps if you are shortlisted.
  • 10.

    Will I be able to choose my preferred role or business unit for my rotation?
    The roles available for MA rotation will be grouped by job functions and you get to indicate your preferences. Our Programme Manager will work with you closely to understand your aspirations and do the role matching based on your skills, interests, and company's needs.
  • 11.

    What happens after the two-year programme?
    Once you have completed the 2-year programme, you will be posted to a permanent business unit based on the company’s needs, your interests and career goals.
