Our two-year flagship graduate programme that is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders. Under the Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP), you can look forward to professional coaching and development opportunities that help to fast-track your career.

This exciting programme comprises two job rotations across different business areas where you can find the best fit for your skills and interests. You will take on a range of challenging and impactful projects, develop your core competencies and receive direct guidance from our Senior Leaders. Upon completion of your rotations, you will join a business unit as your permanent placement and provided with opportunities for international assignment and leadership programmes.

    Why should I join the Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP)?
    The Singtel MAP is our two-year flagship graduate programme that is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders. You will gain great exposure and leadership capabilities through a fast-tracked career development journey.

    With our diverse portfolio of businesses, you will be presented with several options for your rotations and find yourself a role that best fit your skills and interests. You will be provided with opportunities to work on challenging and impactful projects, develop your core competencies and receive direct guidance from our senior leaders.

    How do I qualify for the MAP?
    The programme is open to all fresh graduates regardless of discipline and young professionals with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who have a growth mindset and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Given our industry, it is also important you have a strong interest in info-communication and digital technology.

    Is the MAP open to Masters level graduates?
    Yes, the programme is open to Masters graduates with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience. However, we do not offer different packages for different qualifications.

    I am a foreigner. Can I apply?
    Yes, the programme is open to both local and foreign students and young professionals.

  • 5.

    What’s the application process?
    We want to make sure you are the right fit. Every application goes through a four-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:
    • Online Application and Assessments
    • Assessment Centre
    • Individual Interview
    • Group Interview with Senior Management

  • 6.

    What is the salary and benefits package?
    We offer a competitive compensation package. You will learn more about the package during the recruitment process.

  • 7.

    When will I be notified of the results?
    We will contact shortlisted candidates at each stage of the selection process. Please give our Programme Managers some time to review your application. The overall assessment and selection process will take place from November to January. You will receive an email regarding next steps if you are shortlisted.

  • 8.

    Will I be able to choose my preferred role or business unit for my rotation?
    You will get to indicate your preferences for the job rotations. Our Programme Managers will work with you closely to understand your aspirations and identify the right fit for your rotations.

  • 9.

    When can I start my career in Singtel if I get into the MAP?
    You will join in the following July and go through the programme together as a MA cohort.

  • 10.

    What happens after the two-year programme?
    Upon completion of your rotations, you will join a business unit as your permanent placement and provided with opportunities for international assignment and leadership programmes.
