What is the SGUnited Traineeship (SGUT) or SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme (SGUP)?
In a nutshell, the SGUnited Programmes provide traineeship and enterprise attachment opportunities to equip you with valuable industry experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills professionally and gain an understanding of our business.
How long is the SGUT/SGUP?
Singtel offers traineeships up to 12 months. This depends on the role and business needs.
Who can apply for the SGUT/SGUP?
Recent graduates (2019 & 2020) from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Polytechnics, Universities and other private institutions, and those with working experience (graduated 2018 or earlier) may apply. Recent graduates should possess the minimum qualification specified for each role. The minimum qualification may be waived for those with working experience.

How has your Singtel SGUT experience been so far?
My Singtel SGUT experience has been rather unconventional because I’ve been working from home, but the passion and energy of everyone I’ve interacted with have kept me looking forward to meeting them in person when the situation permits. I had the chance to join HackOne2020, a hackathon conducted by Singtel as part of my onboarding. It was definitely a great opportunity to expose myself to real world problems and attend various workshops conducted by professionals to further equip myself.
